Kue Lumpur

Kue Lumpur

Bahan :
5 kuning telur
2 putih telur
75 gr gula pasir
150 gr terigu
250 gr kentang
450 ml santan kental
1 sdt garam

Isi :
kismis, keju, kelapa muda keruk

Cara

1. Masak santan sampai mendidih (kalau mo wangi tambahkan daun jeruk).
2. Cuci kentang, rebus sampai kulit pecah, kuliti.
3. Blender santan dan kentang sampai halus. Masukkan semua bahan lain, aduk rata (kl pake blender, sebentar saja)
4. Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur, poles mentega/ minyak, tuang adonan sampai hampir penuh, tutup
5. Setengah matang beri isian, tutup lagi masak sampai matang
