Semur Daging

Semur Daging

Bahan :
500 gram daging sapi dipotong sesuai selera
2 buah cengkeh
2 biji kapulaga
1 / 2 cm kayumanis
1 buah tomat iris-iris
3 sdm kecap manis / selera deh
6 butir bawang merah iris halus

Bumbu halus :
2 butir kemiri
1 / 4 sdt jintan
2 siung bawang putih
1 / 2 cm jahe
1 / 2 sdt merica bubuk
garam secukupnya

Cara :
1. Tumis bawang merah sampai kekuningan, masukkan bumbu halus, cengkeh, kapulaga dan kayu manis. Masak sampai bumbu matang.
2. Masukkan daging, aduk-aduk sampai daging kaku.
3. Tambahkan air secukupnya sampai daging asal tenggelam, kemudian presto selama 20 menit.
4. Sesudah 20 menit buka presto, masukkan kentang masak sampai kentang lunak.
5. Masukkan irisan tomat. Angkat dan taburi bawang goreng.

Catatan : Kalau pake daging has gak perlu dipresto, dimasak biasa saja.
